They are encouraged to bundle these products with value-added services and charge accordingly, giving them a significant earning potential. VARs can thus provide customers a complete range of solutions, from purchase and installation to training and support. As a VAR, you will have the responsibility of delivering the best possible service, information and support to your existing and potential customers. You will also provide Essen with feedback about product performance, enhancements and updates for data collection and future solution upgrade efforts.
